WHAT IS CYCLE SYNCING AND HOW WILL IT HELP?

 

 

As women we function on a 28 or so day cycle.

That cycle consists of four phases.

Each phase deals with either increasing or decreasing levels of sex hormones to help us prepare to potentially conceive and make a baby.

However- over the years we tend to get out of “sync” due to stress, being on different medicines, environmental toxins, processed foods, the list goes on.

This program helps you get back in sync by supporting the natural cycle our bodies should be in. Adding in foods to support when estrogen is high as well as workouts to support that time. Our bodies react over time and get back in “sync”. Doing so supports our metabolism function which leads to weight loss.
