Candice Scott

 

Hi there! I am Candice and I help women just like you lose weight, move better, and break through plateaus.

I am passionate about helping you feel better because I have been there. We tend to get the short end of the stick when it comes to weight. We don’t naturally carry as much muscle mass which makes us more apt to gaining body fat especially when we have hormonal problems. (which I have had), or due to hormones declining as we age.

I fell in love with training and helping others find their best selves after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in college and really learning to love lifting weights and eating better. I saw what it did for me over time and wanted to share that with others. 

Whether you are someone who is stuck and cannot lose weight like you used to, someone who has an autoimmune condition, or maybe you have PCOS or going through menopause…. I can help! 

I believe in getting to know you and making a plan that can be adapted for life, one that is not like the one size fits all ones you see on instagram.

Besides getting to know and working with you, I love being with my family, our dog and traveling.
